  • Documentation should be completed within 2 days from the date of issuing of approval letter otherwise the company will cancel the
    loan.
  •  There could be a fine 2% of E.M.I. amount if instalment will not be paid timely.
  •  Rate of Intrest 5% Per Annum on reducing the balance
  • If you cancel your file then the total amount will come to your account within 60 days.
  •  Period of loan allowed up to a minimum 1 year and a maximum of 30 years.
  •  Amount of loan allowed up to a maximum of 80% of the current market value of the property offered in the mortgage.
  •  The minimum amount of loan should be One Lac for personal and property 50 lac.
  •  Installation is payable on a monthly/quarterly/ half yearly or yearly basis.
  •  Property of any type from anywhere in India is acceptable.
  •  Premature repayment of loan and termination of mortgage is allowed without any penalty or charge of further interest.
  •  The processing fee is required to be born and paid by the borrower after getting the loan approval letter if approval and only after having received the loan sanction commitment letter from us by the borrower.
  •  The provision of issuing a session I commitment, letter. If an issue is binding on the prospective lender/financer and is also a claimable right of the prospective borrower under the law.
  •  The loan process and disbursement both take about 24 to 48 working hours.
  •  All disputes are to be scheduled in Delhi Court Jurisdiction only.
  •  All dealing or transaction will be carried on transparently.
  •  Premium charges depend on the loan amount
  •  If you are taking a loan against insurance basis then One-time insurance amount is payable after approved the loan.
